Service Fee
For groups of five or more, an 18% service fee will be added to the final bill. This fee helps us recognize and reward our team for delivering the outstanding service that makes Tehranto special. We appreciate your support in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence.
Cake Policy
A birthday cake fee applies to enhance your celebration with a dedicated birthday show, a celebratory song played in the restaurant, and a public announcement in honor of your special occasion. We look forward to making your event memorable!
Photography & Videography Policy
To capture the vibrant atmosphere and memorable guest experiences at Tehranto, we may conduct photography and videography within our premises. By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including webcasts, advertising, telecasts, website inclusion, and other media. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, kindly notify a staff member, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Allergies
At Tehranto, we take pride in using authentic Persian spices and ingredients to deliver a genuine culinary experience. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing your order. We will accommodate your needs to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience tailored to you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To maintain the quality of service and honor our guests’ time, we kindly request advance notice for any reservation cancellations. For events or larger group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior.
Outside Food & Beverage Policy
To preserve the quality and atmosphere of our dining experience, we do not allow outside food or beverages. Exceptions may be made for celebratory cakes, subject to our cake policy. Please discuss with our staff if you have any special requests.
